carried out in accordance with NHS PASA guidelines prior to being put
forward for a role.
In accordance with NHS PASA guidelines, National Locums will only forward
potential candidates to locum roles when we have receipt of the following
documents:
- Application Form
- CRB
- Full GMC Certificate
- CV
- References (inc two from most recent employers)
- Passport
- Work Permit/Visa
- Mandatory training ALS/BLS
- Registered Higher Qualification Certificates
- Occupational Health
