National Locums is looking to hire a Consultant Breast Radiologist. NHS and private work available with the highest rates of pay in the market. UK experience is not required.
The advertised post is for a full time Breast Radiologist based at several hospitals around the UK including London. The work is for private and NHS clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic teams to help deliver the service and to support an active training programme. An interest in teaching and training is welcomed to help establish a more extensive training and teaching portfolio. Continuing interest and previous experience in breast imaging research is desirable in the successful candidate.
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in breast imaging including diagnostic mammography, ultrasound examinations, ultrasound guided biopsies, stereotactic and vacuum biopsies, FNAs and wire localisations under ultrasound and mammographic guidance. Candidates should also have experience in reporting breast MRIs, and previous contrast mammography experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to present at breast MDT meetings on a rotational basis. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professional excellence and the ability to deliver effective care.
