We been given the opportunity to find  is a leading private mental health provider committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered psychiatric care.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatry Specialty Doctor to join our private practice team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care to adults, working closely with our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, therapists, and allied health professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to practice autonomously within a supportive environment while contributing to the growth and reputation of a reputable private clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
  • Manage complex mental health cases and provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, GPs, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Participate in professional development activities and clinical governance initiatives.
  • Support patient education and promote mental health awareness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fully qualified and registered with the GMC
  • Section 12 would be desirable
  • Fellowship or specialty recognition in Psychiatry would be desirable
  • Proven experience in clinical psychiatry, ideally including private practice exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of current psychiatric treatments, therapies, and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
