David Cook
David is the co-founder of National Locums, his hands on approach continues to drive the family values into the business. With a background in IT, David continues to ensure the company introduces the best technology, helping us to exceed the highest level of service.
Glenn Cook
Glenn is the co-founder of National Locums, he has enjoyed a long and successful career in recruitment, giving him expertise knowledge that sets a benchmark for the high standards that we expect from our teams.
Jenny Cook
Jenny is the co-founder of National Locums, she is the driving force of our family philosophy, which, despite recent rapid growth, remains at the core of everything the company does.
Simon Hill
Simon worked for some of the UK’s biggest recruitment agencies before joining National Locums. He was won 'Business Manager of the Year Award' in the REC and Institute of Recruitment Professionals awards scheme, which recognises the best in recruitment practise throughout the UK.
Keiron Goody
Keiron's position at National Locums focuses on identifying operational, technology and efficiency enhancements across the business. National Locums is constantly evolving and Keiron has a pivotal role in perfecting our services.  
Liam Oakes
Former RAF serviceman Liam Oakes is the HR Director for National Locums. Liam is responsible for building our teams to the next level. Our unrivalled company culture is down to Liam finding the best talent throughout the industry.  
Sarah Benson
With 20 years experience in accounts and finance, Sarah brings a senior level expertise to her role at National Locums. Sarah and her team play a vital role in the growth of the business.  
Natasha Nicklin
Natasha is National Locum’s Commercial Director, building relationships and strategic alliances with NHS and independent hospital clients. Natasha began her career with an agency finding job opportunities for long-term unemployed, but in recent years has headed teams formulating client bids at major agencies.
Nisha Gould
Nisha has over 2 decades of experience in the healthcare industry, she now is responsible for building, improving and executing the companies business development whilst continuously enhancing client relationships.  
Mohamed Farah
Mo our newly appointed Training and Development Manager heads up our trainee team, encouraging young individuals into the business to join a 6 month programme that launches them into the recruitment industry.
April Groves
April is the creative brain that has propelled National Locums marketing initiatives to the top of the industry. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans throughout the business.
