Are you a registered Mental Health Nurse seeking a new challenge ?
This opportunity presents itself in a busy London hospital which provides an extensive range of integrated community and mental health services for people living in the London boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge and Waltham Forest and community health services for people living in the south west Essex areas of Basildon, Brentwood and Thurrock. they also provide an Emotional Wellbeing Mental Health Service for children and young people across the whole of Essex. We are the provider of all age eating disorder services and child and adolescent mental health services across Kent and Medway.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff responsible for completing duty tasks. Contacting patients and risk screening. Completing urgent assessments. Completing initial assessments. Ensuring that documentation is completed including but not exclusive to outcoming appointments, completing core assessments, care plans and risk assessments. Reviewing of patient cases. Signposting to locality services and liaising with the multi agency network.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Qualified mental health nurse. Previous CAMHS experience desirable.
