You’ll play a vital role in helping people with their daily routines, providing personal care, companionship, and ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

• Supporting with meals and hydration

• Promoting independence and dignity at all times

• Providing emotional support and companionship

• Working with the wider care team to deliver excellent standards of care

What we’re looking for:

• Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential – full training provided

• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts (days/nights/weekends)

• Must be eligible to work in the UK
