About the Role:
We are seeking a Consultant Cellular Pathologist to join a busy NHS pathology department for a 6-month locum contract based in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and diagnosing cellular pathology cases
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
Managing your own caseload of histopathology reports
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
FRCPATH (Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists)
GMC Registration: Full Licence to Practise; Specialist Register in Histopathology
Previous NHS experience in Histopathology
Desirable Experience:
Subspecialty experience in Breast and/or Head & Neck Pathology
Ability to work on-site at least part of the week
