As a CPN, you’ll be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. Your role will involve:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans.
• Providing therapeutic interventions and support to patients in their homes and the community.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of patients and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Offering guidance and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Experience working in a community mental health setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong assessment and care planning abilities.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental approach to patient care.
• Clear driving licence and own a car
