National Locums regularly help nurses across the UK to find the best nursing jobs available. As part of our quest to be the best for our nurses we always recognise the part we play in supporting hospitals deliver the very best in patient care. After all almost everyone has needed them and we want to ensure that when they need us we deliver a premiere level service.
We are always curious about what we can do better and we ask our nurses regularly what life is like at the hospitals we send them to. One of the many nursing heroes who work under the National Locums banner gave us this feedback about working in Royal Berkshire.
At first I hadn’t considered working in Berkshire. My consultant talked me through the benefits of working at Royal Berkshire and I saw how I would be able to fit work around my life rather than the other way around. I have loved working at the hospital my team are great and I feel like part of the family. Everyone is committed to each other and to the patients. It’s a great place to be as a nurse.

With easy public transport great management and leadership this hospital is one of our most requested locations from nurses looking for work in the Home Counties. With a *CQC rating of Outstanding the hospital has earned a great reputation for the care and support it offers to its staff as well as to its service users.
Fun facts about Berkshire:
