ENT SHO Requirement At Royal Victoria Hospital

Locum Doctor (FY2–CT2) – ENT
Location: Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast
Duration: 3 Months
Contract Type: Locum – Full Rota

We are currently seeking an experienced FY2–CT2 level Locum Doctor with prior ENT experience to join the team at Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast for an initial 3-month placement.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy and well-supported ENT department, gaining further experience in a dynamic clinical environment.

Role Details

• Grade: FY2 – CT2

• Specialty: Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT)

• Location: Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast

• Contract Length: 3 Months

• Start Date: ASAP / Negotiable

• Working Pattern: Full rota including days, long days, nights, and weekends

Requirements

• GMC registered doctor with a licence to practise

• Previous experience in ENT is essential

• NHS experience preferred

• Ability to work a full rota including out-of-hours shifts

Responsibilities

• Assessment and management of ENT patients in ward and acute settings

• Supporting the ENT team with inpatient care and emergency presentations

• Participating in the on-call rota and handovers

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
