The Role

As a Locum Social Worker, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, undertaking comprehensive assessments, managing complex caseloads, completing safeguarding and Mental Health Act-related work where appropriate, and supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes through recovery-focused practice.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within NHS and/or private healthcare services
• Strong assessment, risk management and safeguarding experience
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
